Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end contract drafting and management
  • Review contracts and identify potential legal and commercial risks
  • Support risk mitigation and contractual negotiations
  • Streamline contract lifecycle management across the organisation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on contractual requirements
  • Coordinate with external partners and other relevant parties
  • Support efficient and compliant contract management processes
