Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction support in Mergers & Acquisitions, including legal due diligence and drafting/negotiation of documents
- Representation in corporate litigation, including NCLT/NCLAT matters, shareholder disputes, and oppression & mismanagement cases
- Drafting pleadings and assisting in matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code
- Exposure to civil and commercial litigation before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and High Courts
- Legal research, case strategy development, and brief preparation
- Client coordination and stakeholder management
