Position:

  • Legal Professional – Corporate & Commercial Legal Team

Experience:

  • 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
  • Experience in corporate and commercial legal matters
  • Experience in financing transactions and commercial contracts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on corporate lending, project finance, and general corporate legal matters
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for real estate financing, construction finance, and lending transactions
  • Support transaction negotiations and assist business teams in deal execution
  • Provide legal support to Credit Control, Business Teams, and internal stakeholders
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, and other business contracts
  • Identify legal risks and provide practical business-oriented solutions
