Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Media & Entertainment Law
• Strong experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing media and content-related agreements

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements relating to content, production, talent engagement, licensing, and platform partnerships
• Provide legal support across content development, production, distribution, and rights management activities
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal, contractual, and regulatory matters
• Support content partnerships, sponsorship arrangements, brand integrations, and commercial transactions
• Manage intellectual property documentation, rights records, legal databases, and contract repositories
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments and identify business and compliance risks
