Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year PQE, preferably in:
    – Mortgage industry
    – NBFC
    – Banking sector
  • Strong understanding of the SARFAESI Act
  • Experience in drafting & vetting 13(2) and 13(4) notices and publications
  • Knowledge of:
    – Consumer Protection Act
    – Negotiable Instruments Act
    – Criminal litigation procedures
  • Willingness to collaborate with the collections team
  • Litigation-focused profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle SARFAESI-related drafting, issuance and publication of 13(2) & 13(4) notices
  • Support litigation matters under Consumer, NI Act and criminal jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with external counsel and collections team
  • Provide legal inputs on mortgage and enforcement matters
