Experience:

• 2+ years of post-qualification/post-graduation experience

Eligibility:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong foundation in contract drafting and commercial legal matters
• Interest in the Media & Entertainment industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support throughout the lifecycle of film projects, from development to release
• Draft, review, and negotiate production, talent, licensing, and commercial agreements
• Support legal matters relating to branding, product placements, endorsements, and marketing collaborations
• Coordinate with production teams, talent representatives, external counsel, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain contract repositories, legal trackers, and project documentation
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely execution and compliance of legal deliverables
