• Legal Professional – Wholesale Lending

Experience:

• 3–5 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

• Law graduate (LL.B.)
• Strong experience in wholesale lending transactions (mandatory)
• Experience with term loans, NCDs, and financing structures
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal aspects of wholesale lending transactions
• Draft and review financing documents (term loans, NCDs, etc.)
• Provide legal advisory on lending structures and risk mitigation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial and regulatory frameworks
