Position:

  • Legal Role – Litigation Support

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience (preferably in law firm or LPO)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience in litigation support within a multinational organization/LPO
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and across teams
  • Willingness to handle diverse legal matters and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Tesco’s UK-based Heads of Legal (Litigation & Employment)
  • Handle mass action litigation workstreams
  • Conduct horizon scanning (press, social media, legal updates)
  • Maintain trackers for claims, document preservation, and litigation updates
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external lawyers
  • Review internal documents and prepare summaries
  • Manage document preservation notices and compliance tracking
  • Respond to internal queries related to litigation matters
  • Assist in resolving low-value claims and payment demands
  • Contribute to legal templates, process maps, and best practices

Salary:

  • As per company standards (fixed pay as per employment contract)
