Position:

  • Legal | Sr. Associate
  • 3–6 years of experience

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. qualification
  • 3–6 years of experience in media law, entertainment and intellectual property
  • Experience with media companies, law firms, advertising, talent management or entertainment businesses
  • Experience in digital rights and technology contracts
  • Practical understanding of media-related legal matters
  • Interest in Media Law

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and negotiate content, production, talent, licensing and brand contracts
  • Advise teams on legal, contractual and regulatory matters
  • Support brand integrations, sponsorships and commercial deals
  • Manage IP rights, legal documentation and contract repositories
  • Monitor legal developments and business/compliance risks
  • Conduct S&P checks of audio-visual content
