Position:

  • Legal Support Executive
  • Part-time independent engagement
  • 3–4 field days per month
  • Approximately 25–30 notices per month

Eligibility:

  • Recent law graduates, advocates’ clerks, paralegals, or retired court staff may apply
  • Working knowledge of legal notice procedures
  • Section 138 NI Act familiarity preferred
  • Fluency in Hindi, English, and the relevant regional language
  • Strong communication and professional conduct
  • Willingness to undertake fieldwork within city limits

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany Navi personnel to borrowers’ addresses for notice service
  • Physically serve statutory and in-house legal notices
  • Explain notice contents accurately and professionally
  • Address recipient queries regarding notices
  • Complete assigned field visits and maintain professional communication
  • Attend orientation covering notice content and service procedures

Salary:

  • ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month
