Eligibility:

  • Law Graduates (Batch of 2025 preferred)
  • Final Year LL.B. Students (3-year / 5-year course)
  • Strong interest in Banking Laws, RBI Regulations & SARFAESI Act
  • Comfortable with direct client consultation and counselling
  • Strong communication and structured drafting skills
  • Prior experience in banking / financial advisory matters (preferred)
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client counselling and case evaluation
  • Drafting legal notices, replies, and regulatory representations
  • Assisting in loan-related arbitration matters
  • Supporting SARFAESI documentation and compliance review
  • Preparing complaints before RBI / Banking Ombudsman
  • Conducting legal research on RBI circulars and banking compliance frameworks

Nature of Work:

  • Hands-on exposure in borrower advisory
  • Regulatory drafting and structured financial dispute handling
  • Direct client interaction and case management
