Position:

  • Litigation Associate

Experience:

  • 0–1 year PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India with a valid Bar License
  • Good drafting and legal research skills
  • Sound knowledge of court procedures and practices
  • Experience with court filings (e-filing and physical filing)
  • Strong courtroom presence and ability to assist in hearings
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and written submissions
  • Conduct legal research and case law analysis
  • Assist in court appearances and client briefings
  • Manage court filings (physical and e-filing)
  • Coordinate with clients, counsel, and court officials
