- Strong legal research skills
- Hands-on experience using legal research databases/search engines
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft plaints, written statements, counter-claims, writ petitions, legal notices, replies to legal notices, and basic agreements
- Conduct legal research using legal search engines
- Appear before the District Courts, NCLT, DRT, and the Delhi High Court
- Assist in handling litigation matters before various judicial forums
