Eligibility:

  • 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
  • Fresh law graduates may also apply
  • Candidates must be from Srinagar
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal technology
  • Keen interest in Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with litigation and ADR matters
  • Conduct legal research and case-law analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, and other documents
  • Support case preparation and litigation strategy
  • Assist with matters handled by the Litigation & ADR team
