Eligibility:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law school or university
  • 4–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
  • Experience in taxation disputes, white collar crime litigation, and IBC proceedings preferred
  • Strong advocacy skills with the ability to appear independently before Trial Courts, High Courts, and tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, ITAT)
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior advocates
  • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Hindi/Marathi desirable
  • Strong client management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple matters within deadlines
  • Sound understanding of procedural and substantive aspects of Indian law

  • Manage case files and coordinate with clients
  • Mentor junior associates and interns
