Position / Vacancies:

  • Litigation Associate — 1 position (3–5 years PQE)

Job Type:

  • Full-time (Litigation; cross-practice exposure to labour & employment, corporate and commercial disputes)

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 3–5 years post-qualification experience in litigation, with a demonstrated interest in labour and employment law
  • Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters independently and coordinate with internal teams
  • Excellent client-handling and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before High Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies
  • Draft pleadings, written statements, legal opinions and submissions across litigation matters
  • Manage employment, commercial, contractual and regulatory disputes
  • Conduct detailed legal research and contribute to strategic case planning
  • Collaborate with other practice areas and senior counsel to provide integrated client solutions
