  • 1–2 years of experience

Eligibility:

  • 1–2 years of litigation experience
  • Prior experience in Intellectual Property Rights matters is preferred
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to assist with litigation and court-related matters
  • Good communication and case-management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ongoing litigation matters
  • Conduct legal research and case analysis
  • Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other legal documents
  • Assist with court proceedings and case preparation
  • Support senior lawyers on client matters
  • Handle IP-related litigation matters where required
