Eligibility Criteria:

• Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university/institute
• Must be enrolled as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961
• Desirable: Postgraduate Degree in Law (LL.M.)
• Experience Requirement:
  – LL.B. holders: Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience in legal work, preferably in Government Sector Organizations
  – LL.M. holders: Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in legal work, preferably in Government Sector Organizations
• Age Limit: 35 years

Key Responsibilities (Indicative):

• Handling legal matters and compliance
• Assisting in contract vetting, dispute resolution, and documentation
• Managing litigation and coordination with external counsel
• Ensuring legal support for port operations and administration

Salary:

• ₹80,000 per month (fixed remuneration)
