Eligibility:

  • LL.B. + Company Secretary (CS) qualification
  • 7+ years of experience in legal, compliance, and governance roles
  • Strong understanding of contracts, regulatory laws, and secretarial compliance
  • Experience in litigation coordination, policy drafting, and trademark/IPR management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing lease deeds, commercial agreements, and vendor contracts
  • Managing secretarial compliance under the Companies Act
  • Liaising with investors on documentation and compliance-related matters
  • Maintaining internal legal, compliance, and governance policies
  • Coordinating litigation and regulatory matters across civil, consumer, labour, and IPR laws
  • Managing the trademark portfolio, including renewals and handling objections
