Position:

  • Manager – Legal (IBC)
  • Full-Time

  • Immediate joining preferred

Eligibility:

  • CS or LL.B. qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience handling IBC matters
  • Good understanding of IBC provisions
  • Strong legal drafting skills
  • Practical exposure to insolvency matters preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)
  • Support Liquidation and Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PIRP)
  • Handle other IBC-related processes and assignments
  • Prepare insolvency-related documents and filings
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and relevant authorities
