Position / Job Type:

Eligibility:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• M&A experience at a law firm
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Contract Law, FEMA, SEBI Regulations, and Company Law
• Understanding of M&A transaction documentation and processes

Responsibilities:

• Structure M&A transactions under supervision
• Draft and review transaction documents, agreements, MOUs, deeds, and legal notices
• Review due diligence reports
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions and memoranda
• Participate in negotiations and conference calls
• Coordinate execution and finalization of transaction documentation
• Support business and legal teams on transactional matters
