Position:

  • Banking & Real Estate – Associate / Senior Associate | Bengaluru | 4–6 years PQE
  • Real Estate – Senior Associate | Bengaluru | 4–7 years
  • Disputes & Litigation – Associate | Bengaluru | 2–3 years
  • Disputes & Litigation – Senior Associate | Mumbai | 5–6 years
  • Tax Litigation – Associate | Bengaluru | 2–3 years
  • Transaction Advisory – Associate | Delhi | 2–3 years

Eligibility:

  • Relevant experience as specified for the respective position
  • Law firm experience preferred for the specified roles
  • Kannada proficiency mandatory for relevant Bengaluru positions
  • Marathi proficiency mandatory for the Mumbai Disputes & Litigation role
  • Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:

  • Handle matters within the respective practice area
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis
  • Draft and review legal documents and agreements
  • Assist with litigation, transactions, advisory, or regulatory matters as applicable
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and clients on assigned matters
