Positions:

  • Associate – Minimum 2 years PQE
  • Senior Associate – 4–7 years’ experience
  • Associate Partner – 8–12 years’ experience

Areas of Practice:

  • Delhi High Court – Writs, suits, specific performance & contractual disputes
  • NCLT/NCLAT – IBC & Companies Law
  • Arbitration – Construction, real estate & commercial matters
  • Debt Recovery – DRT, DRAT & recovery proceedings
  • Real Estate – Consumer Commission & RERA matters
  • White Collar Crime
  • Employment & Regulatory Compliance

Eligibility:

  • Demonstrable expertise in the relevant practice area
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Updated resume
  • Bar Enrolment Certificate
  • Proof of passing AIBE, wherever applicable

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and advise on corporate dispute resolution matters
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
  • Draft pleadings, petitions, applications, agreements, and legal submissions
  • Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and regulatory forums
  • Assist with arbitration, recovery, insolvency, real estate, and commercial disputes
  • Manage client matters and coordinate with stakeholders
  • Take ownership of matters based on experience and seniority
