Experience:

  • Senior Associate: 5+ years PQE
  • Associate: 1–3 years PQE
  • Trainee Associate: 0–1 year PQE
  • Paralegal / Legal Executive: 0–3 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Strong interest in Intellectual Property and commercial legal work
  • Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage responsibilities
  • Professional, responsive, and team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

Senior Associate (IP):

  • Handle trademarks, copyrights, and design matters
  • Manage strategy, prosecution, oppositions, enforcement, and client advisory

Associate (IP):

  • Support filings, prosecution, oppositions, research, and drafting
  • Assist in IP portfolio management

Trainee Associate (IP):

  • Assist in IP filings, research, drafting, and daily legal tasks

Paralegal / Legal Executive:

  • Conduct searches and filings
  • Prepare reports and track deadlines
  • Manage documentation and client coordination
