• Non-Litigation Associate

Position / Job Type:

• Full-time

Eligibility:

• LL.B. from a recognised law school in India
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in assisting and/or independently handling legal transactions
• Experience in drafting and reviewing agreements
• Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review commercial contracts and agreements
• Handle leave & license agreements, lease agreements, sale agreements, development agreements, and PAAAs
• Draft legal notices and related documentation
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues
• Advise on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
• Support and assist the litigation team when required
