Position:

  • Non-Litigation Lawyer

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in non-litigation / corporate / commercial contracts

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate or commercial contract work
  • Prior exposure to media, entertainment, technology, or content licensing agreements (preferred)
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
  • Handle contracts relating to:
    • Content licensing
    • Production agreements
    • Distribution arrangements

Strategic partnerships

  • Provide legal support on regulatory and compliance matters
  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and risk assessment
