Position:

  • Non-Practising Advocate – Real Estate
  • 2–7 years of experience
  • Non-litigation role

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. / LL.M.
  • Bar Council enrolment
  • 2–7 years of relevant experience
  • Real estate developer, realty law firm, or property legal team experience preferred
  • Interest in transactional and non-litigation real estate law

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct title searches and property due diligence
  • Draft and vet Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, MoUs, JV/JDA and property agreements
  • Handle RERA filings and regulatory compliance
  • Manage registration, Stamp Act and property documentation
  • Coordinate with Sub-Registrar, Municipal and Revenue Authorities
  • Independently manage multiple real estate transactions
