Eligibility:
- 2–6 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience with IP docketing systems
- Excellent organisational and deadline management skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Docket statutory deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance
- File and manage trademark, copyright, and design applications
- Handle pre- and post-filing formalities
- Coordinate with clients, associates, and Registry/IP Offices
- Support examination reports, hearings, oppositions, rectifications, renewals, assignments, and recordals
- Prepare and review POAs, affidavits, declarations, and statutory filing documents
- Maintain docketing systems and matter trackers
- Prepare client status reports, filing confirmations, and update emails
- Coordinate internally on deadlines and documentation
- Support foreign trademark filings and prosecution
