Wadhwa Law Chambers (WLC) is a full-service law chamber with a team of around 40 lawyers and domain-focused practices across civil litigation, arbitration, intellectual property, criminal litigation, regulatory matters, consumer and family law, commercial disputes, and IBC.

Location:

Position:

  • Patent Agent – IP Prosecution Team

Eligibility:

  • Must be a registered Indian Patent Agent
  • Strong patent drafting and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience with an IP law firm preferred
  • Exposure to trademark and copyright prosecution is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prosecute patent applications
  • Prepare responses to examination reports
  • Appear for hearings before IP Offices
  • Manage and monitor IP portfolios
  • Handle end-to-end patent prosecution matters
  • Coordinate and assist with IP prosecution requirements
  • Support trademark and copyright prosecution where required
