Position:

  • Principal Associate – Dispute Resolution

Experience:

  • 7–9 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a reputed law school (India or abroad)
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
  • Strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to handle client interactions and mentor junior associates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters
  • Work on real estate disputes, consumer matters, contractual claims, recovery actions, regulatory matters, and writ petitions
  • Appear regularly before Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, and subordinate courts
  • Manage cases end-to-end including strategy, drafting, and advocacy
  • Mentor and guide junior associates
