Position:

  • Principal Associate – General Litigation

Experience:

  • 6–7 years PQE

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 6–7 years of experience in general/commercial litigation
  • Experience before High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and other tribunals
  • Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in both oral and written Odia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex litigation matters across multiple forums
  • Develop and lead legal strategy
  • Represent clients before courts and tribunals
  • Manage cases independently and oversee proceedings
  • Collaborate with teams and guide junior members
