Experience:

  • 2–3 years of experience

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–3 years of experience in a multinational company, law firm, or Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) firm
  • Experience supporting legal or insurance claims preferred
  • Prior experience supporting global, particularly U.S., legal teams is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research on legal claims and notices for the U.S. Litigation Team
  • Identify relevant facts from claim documents and compile supporting legal documents and electronic evidence
  • Prepare case summaries for litigation matters
  • Manage the legal mailbox, route requests to appropriate departments, and ensure timely closure
  • Support opening and closing of subpoenas and legal hold requests
  • Assist with personal file production and e-discovery activities
  • Retrieve and analyse data from internal databases and update analysis tools
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders through email and phone to gather information and maintain legal repositories
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support teams throughout pre-litigation and litigation processes
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Prepare spreadsheets and documents to organise, summarise, and analyse legal data
