Eligibility:
For Professor:

  • Ph.D. in Law with First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
  • Minimum 15 years of teaching/research/industry experience at Associate Professor level (excluding Ph.D. period)
  • Minimum 10 SCI publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
  • Minimum Research Score of 120
  • Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates
    OR (Industry Route):
  • First Class Master’s Degree in Law
  • 15 years of professional experience with at least 8 years at senior managerial level equivalent to Associate Professor
  • High-quality published work in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals (books, consultancy projects, patents, research publications, Ph.D. guidance)
    For Associate Professor:
  • Ph.D. in Law with First Class Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
  • Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience at Assistant Professor level
  • Minimum 7 SCI publications
  • Minimum Research Score of 75
    OR (Industry Route):
  • First Class Master’s Degree in Law
  • 8 years of professional experience equivalent to Assistant Professor level
  • Strong research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
    For Assistant Professor:
  • Master’s Degree in Law with at least 55% marks (as per UGC norms)
  • NET/SLET/SET qualification

Desirable:

  • Ph.D. preferred with 2 years of experience
  • At least two research paper presentations in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR-supported conferences
  • Published work in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
