Experience:

LL.B. with 4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE), or
LL.M. with 2 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)

Eligibility:

LL.B. with 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience, or LL.M. with 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience
Experience as a Legal Adviser, Legal Executive, or in a similar role with a reputed company, Government Department, or Public Sector Undertaking (PSU)
Experience in legal documentation, case filing, court representation, contract management, legal interpretation, or arbitration
Knowledge of Acts, Rules, and Regulations applicable to Startups, MSMEs, Government Departments, and companies
Maximum age: 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

Handle legal documentation and legal advisory matters
Manage contracts and related legal documentation
Provide legal interpretation and regulatory guidance
Assist in arbitration and dispute resolution matters
Handle case filing and representation before courts, where required
Support legal and compliance functions related to DIO’s operations
