Eligibility:
- 2–5 years PQE in real estate / property law
- Strong, hands-on experience in title verification and property due diligence
- Karnataka real estate experience preferred
- Ability to independently handle complex property documentation and risk analysis
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting end-to-end title diligence and reconstructing chains of title across multiple decades
- Reviewing and analysing property documents including sale deeds, mother deeds, ECs, khata, RTCs, conversion orders, approvals, and land records
- Identifying gaps, irregular transfers, encumbrances, and marketability risks
- Collaborating closely with legal-tech product and engineering teams to redesign and improve property diligence workflows using technology
