  • Litigation or non-litigation background

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law
  • 0–1 years of relevant experience
  • Kannada proficiency, including reading and writing, is mandatory
  • Strong research, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct title due diligence and examine title-related documents
  • Identify and analyse legal and transactional risks
  • Conduct legal research relating to real estate matters
  • Assist in drafting real estate transaction documents
  • Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned work
