Position:

  • Regional Legal Manager

Eligibility:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Business Legal matters
  • Strong understanding of Title Searches
  • Knowledge of Mortgages and related legal documentation
  • Relevant experience in housing finance, banking, or financial services will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Handle legal matters related to the UP & Bihar business region
  • Provide legal support on business and operational matters
  • Conduct and review property title searches
  • Handle legal aspects of mortgages and secured lending
  • Review and advise on relevant legal documentation
  • Support business teams in identifying and mitigating legal risks
