Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
- LL.B. degree
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience reviewing and negotiating services and/or software contracts
- Experience with sell-side and/or buy-side contracting
- Exposure to contracts governed by US and/or English law
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Ability to analyse contractual risk and apply critical thinking
- Experience working with internal stakeholders
- Ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Additional Advantages:
- Knowledge of GDPR or US privacy laws
- Prior experience in financial services or corporate environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, drafting, and recommending amendments to US and English law contracts
- Supporting internal clients through email and virtual meetings
- Assisting in contract negotiations to manage legal and commercial risk
- Working with WTW’s Contract Lifecycle Management system (COMET)
- Collaborating with the Sales Operations Centre of Excellence
- Escalating complex issues to the Team Lead or in-country legal teams
- Ensuring compliance with WTW policies, including contracting frameworks and anti-bribery standards
- Meeting service levels and maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Participating in team interactions, training, and compliance activities
