SRB-OJAS is a niche-service law firm based in Pune, with multidisciplinary expertise in Corporate and Criminal Law. The firm handles corporate and commercial litigation and provides legal services across multiple practice areas.

Location:

  • Pune, Maharashtra
  • Full-Time, office-based

Position:

  • Senior Associate – Corporate: 2 positions | 4+ years PQE
  • Associate – Corporate: 2 positions | 2+ years PQE
  • Associate – Litigation: 1 position | 2+ years PQE

Eligibility:

  • Relevant PQE as specified for each position
  • Strong legal acumen and ability to independently handle mandates
  • Corporate candidates should have experience in corporate, transactional or regulatory work
  • Litigation candidates should have experience in pleadings, research and court-related work
  • English and Marathi proficiency required for the Litigation role

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate: Legal research, drafting, vetting, due diligence and transactional support
  • Corporate: Contract lifecycle, compliance, regulatory filings and client coordination
  • Senior Corporate: Work management, client handling, team supervision and review of associates
  • Litigation: Pleadings, case research and court calendar management
  • Litigation: Handle matters before courts, quasi-judicial bodies and administrative offices

Salary:
