Position:

  • Senior Associate – Commercial Contracting
  • Legal Service Line – GDS GCO Enablement
  • 3–5 years of relevant PQE

Eligibility:

  • LL.B. or professional law qualification
  • 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience
  • Experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiation
  • Knowledge of data protection, GDPR/CCPA, privacy, and security terms
  • Understanding of Independence and Conflicts compliance
  • Experience drafting and negotiating IP provisions

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise commercial and vendor agreements
  • Work on service, framework, SOW, sponsorship, collaboration, and event agreements
  • Provide contractual risk management and legal advisory support
  • Support EY business and procurement teams as a legal point of contact
  • Coordinate with Privacy, Security, Independence, Risk, and onshore legal teams
  • Assess transaction risks and tailor contractual protections
  • Support training of new joiners and junior team members
