Eligibility:

Substantial post-qualification experience consistent with a Senior Associate level (exact years not specified)
Strong background in commercial transactions, with experience or interest in TMT / media matters preferred
Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal-research skills
Ability to manage client deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and work in a fast-paced practice

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal advisory services on commercial and transactional matters
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and transactional documents (commercial agreements, vendor/platform contracts, NDAs, etc.)
Conduct legal research and provide legal inputs specific to TMT / media regulatory and commercial issues
Coordinate with litigation, IP and enforcement teams where commercial and transactional issues intersect
Support partners on client workstreams and manage execution of assigned mandates
