Responsibilities:
- Work on significant corporate transactions and advisory matters
- Handle litigation and dispute resolution assignments
- Assist with regulatory and legal matters
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal inputs
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements
- Work closely with clients and internal teams on complex matters
