Eligibility:

3–5 years post-qualification experience in Corporate / PE–VC / M&A
Mandatory law firm experience
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of Companies Act, FEMA, and SEBI regulations
Ability to independently manage workstreams and engage directly with clients

Key Responsibilities:

Advise founders, early-stage and growth-stage companies on investments and corporate matters
Work with PE/VC funds and investors on equity investments, exits, and fund-related matters
Support M&A transactions, deal structuring, and due diligence
Handle corporate and regulatory advisory including compliance matters
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and commercial agreements
Take ownership of deal workstreams and client interactions
