Eligibility:
- Valid law degree and license to practice in India
- 4–5 years of PQE at a reputed law firm or in-house legal team
- Strong experience in data privacy compliance (policies, notices, vendor assessments, breach management)
- Exposure to AI/tech regulatory advisory, platform frameworks, or technology contracts (preferred)
- Self-motivated, independent, and research-driven approach
- Ability to work in a rapidly evolving regulatory ecosystem
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead mandates in data privacy, AI regulation, and technology law
- Advise clients on compliance processes, regulatory frameworks, platform policies, and risk assessment
- Draft and review privacy notices, policies, and contractual documents
- Engage in research on cutting-edge regulatory developments in privacy and emerging tech
- Contribute to building a future-facing practice in a fast-evolving legal domain
