Eligibility:
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation and/or arbitration
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Confidence in handling client interactions and court appearances
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and represent clients in commercial, regulatory and corporate disputes
- Handle domestic and international arbitration matters
- Work on white-collar crime and insolvency-related disputes (as part of the practice)
- Draft pleadings, submissions, opinions and arbitration documents
- Appear before courts, tribunals and arbitral forums
- Coordinate with clients, counsel and internal teams on complex matters
