  • Experience handling matters before DRTs and DRATs
  • Strong understanding of banking laws, recovery mechanisms, and procedural law
  • Ability to manage matters independently
  • Proficiency in e-filing, cause list management, and legal documentation tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong drafting skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling matters before DRTs and DRATs, including related High Court proceedings
  • Drafting pleadings, appeals, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
  • Managing cases independently, including client coordination
  • Briefing senior counsel on matters
  • Handling procedural aspects and documentation efficiently
