Experience:

  • 3–5 years (Post-qualification experience)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • LL.B. from a recognized university
  • Strong experience in employment and labour law (law firm/in-house)
  • Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
  • Exposure to global or multi-jurisdictional employment law (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on employment and labour law matters
  • Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and templates
  • Conduct cross-jurisdictional legal research and prepare summaries
  • Monitor global developments in employment laws
  • Support compliance initiatives and HR-related legal matters
  • Assist in handling employment disputes and coordinate with external counsel
  • Collaborate with HR and global business stakeholders
