Eligibility:

  • 4–6 years of experience in Indirect Tax & Customs (Advisory & Litigation)
  • Strong drafting, research, and independent matter-handling capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading research and analysis on GST, Indirect Tax, and Customs matters
  • Drafting opinions, submissions, pleadings, and litigation documents independently
  • Interpreting case laws, notifications, circulars, and regulatory developments
  • Handling matters with minimal supervision and managing client expectations
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Supporting business development and knowledge initiatives
