Experience:
- 4–6 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
Eligibility:
- 4–6 years of PQE
- Relevant experience in Intellectual Property Litigation
- Strong understanding of IP litigation practice
- Experience handling matters before the Delhi High Court preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle intellectual property litigation matters
- Draft suits, applications, and other litigation documents
- Review pleadings and litigation-related documents
- Assist Partners with litigation strategy
- Brief senior advocates
- Appear and argue matters before courts, particularly the Delhi High Court
- Supervise and mentor a team of associates
