Eligibility:

  • Qualified commercial contracts or real estate lawyer with at least 2 years PQE
  • Experience in an international environment (UK experience preferred but not essential) in a law firm or in-house team
  • Strong knowledge of contract law (UK Property Law preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and commercial advisory skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify and mitigate commercial contractual risks

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate, draft, and review non-contentious UK property contracts (leases, tenancy at will, licenses, deeds, NDAs, etc.)
  • Conduct title due diligence and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with internal property and legal teams for timely matter delivery
  • Collaborate with external law firms for efficient legal support
  • Manage and update templates and legal playbooks
  • Handle Land Registry documentation and applications
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance frameworks
  • Support audit and process compliance activities
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team
